WE’RE ON THE JOB!

Employers

We are here to help you rebuild and enhance your hiring efforts and those of our industry. The Early Education Career Institute values the work of the early childhood educator and the unique role they have in children's lives. We have curated an apprenticeship program that is registered with the US Department of Labor, that preserves the historic role of the educator in a fun and joyful industry whose paramount responsibility is the care and education of young people.

We request ETPL acknowledgement in each state to stream line the process for those eligible for WIOA, and Local Workforce support. Our Registered Apprenticeship Program supports individual career paths to ensure workers move into sustainable wage employment. Dual learner opportunities support middle- skill jobs which American companies currently struggle to fill. This partnership allows New Hires to leave with Career Early Childhood Educator Competency, and the soft skills needed to be successful throughout their academic and  professional career.
